Looking to consign your items?
*We are open for drop offs and accepting Fall items. Winter will start being accepted October 1. We will accept a small amount of summer items from November - February for those tropical vacation getaways
**We are only accepting consignment on Tuesdays and Saturdays each week and have added restrictions so repeating consignors can only bring in clothing to consign every 2 weeks, to ensure we can manage the influx of clothing we have received.
DROP OFFS/ ITEMS WE ACCEPT:
- We are only accepting items for consignment on Tuesdays and Saturdays each week. We will go through your items while you browse the store and give back anything we don't accept.
- We accept 30 items per drop off. Item includes a coordinating set, pair of shoes or a clothing piece.
- We accept gently used clothing free from stains, tears, rips and holes. Please ensure your clothing has been freshly laundered.
- We accept any brand of clothing and sizes from preemie to teens. Teen sizing is adult size clothing, but with teen style and trends and brands they wear.
- Shoes must be in gently used condition and clean
- We will accept swimwear all year round
- We accept dance practice wear and shoes (no costumes), gymnastic practice wear (no competition outfits), sport footwear including soccer cleats, football cleats, baseball cleats, skates etc.
- At this time we do not accept large sporting equipment such as hockey and football gear, hockey sticks etc.
HOW IT WORKS:
- We do not offer a buyout for your items. Consignors will receive either a 30% cash payout or 40% for store credit. Consignors are paid for their items once their item sells.
- E-transfers are sent if the balance is over $20. Consignors must email hello@chaptertwoconsignment.com to request a payout and a payout will be issued within 1-3 business days. Consignors can use their store credit at any time.
- Clothing stays on the floor for 90 days before being donated. Clothing will be on the floor for 30 days before mark downs begin. After the first 30 days, items will be marked down to 40% off for another 30 days and then further marked down for the remaining 30 days. Any items not sold at the end of 90 days are automatically donated to our wonderful partners It Takes a Village Okotoks and My City Cares Okotoks and NOT returned
- We are partnered with It Takes A Village Okotoks and My City Cares Okotoks for all our clothing to be donated so it stays in the community and going to local families in need.
- All items, regardless of when they arrive in the store may be subject to sporadic sales at any point. Our rewards program that provides discounts can also affect the price of your items.

Consignment Loyalty Program
Our Consignment Loyalty Program, designed to reward our valued consignors for their continued partnership. The program provides benefits for increased store credit and cash payouts opportunities and are activated when a consignor both spends $500 in the store and earns $500 from their consignment sales.
Loyalty Tiers
The program is structured in tiers based on the total value of your consigned items sold and the total value of items purchased. When you have made $500 of in store purchases and your consigned items have earned you $500 then your cash payout increases to 35%, store credit remaining at 40%. Each tier offers enhanced rewards, with significant increases in store credit and cash payout as you progress. The table below outlines the benefits at each $500 increment.

Store Credit: Store credit can be used for any type of purchases within our store, including our small business vendors. It offers a higher reward value, allowing you to get more for your consignment sales.

Cash Payout: Cash payouts provide immediate monetary value for your successful consignments.
Earning Loyalty Rewards
Rewards are automatically calculated in our system based on the total purchases you have made and sales value of your consigned items. You will receive a notification once you reach a new tier and the associated benefits are applied to your account.
